Mr. Jose Ayala graduated from Boston College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. A native of New York City, Jose Ayala is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the United States TreasuryIRS to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all tax matters regarding audits, collections and appeals via a power of attorney. Jose Ayala is a former Revenue Agent, and retired as a Special Agent with the IRS. As an IRS Revenue Agent, Jose Ayala conducted numerous audits of individuals and corporations to determine IRS tax compliance.
After extensive training, Jose Ayala earned the title of IRS Special Agent and conducted a large number of criminal investigations involving tax evasion and money laundering. Jose Ayala retired from the Internal Revenue Service IRS in June of 2008 after 31 years of government service. After deciding he wasn’t quite ready for the slow-paced life of a Florida retiree, Jose Ayala founded Ayala Tax Services in 2009.
